  • Yes, we offer direct billing to most major insurance companies. We suggest calling your insurance provider to confirm coverage for the specific treatment you’re interested in before your visit.

  • A doctor's note is dependent on each individual insurance company, the best way to find out is to call your insurance provider before you book the appointment. Some insurance companies require a note for physiotherapy and registered massage therapy.

  • Unfortunately, Align does not provide OHIP services because we are a private practice clinic.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept MVA or WSIB claims.

  • Out of respect for the therapist's schedules, we require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel  or change your appointment. If a patient cancels or misses their appointment with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a cancellation fee. Please call 289-515-6888 to cancel or manage your appointments on the Jane App

  • We accept major credit card companies, debit, e-transfers and cash.

  • Something comfortable and easy to move it (workout style clothing would work best!) making sure whatever you want exclaimed is easily accessible.

  • The best way to decide is to call us at 289-815-6888 or email info@alignwellnessclinic.ca. Our receptionist will discuss your history and help you decide which direction to go in.
